My loan sec.letter no 777-7723393 on 14 feb I have Submitted all docouments as per ur bank requirment. Your Branch sales manager (Andheri) refuse on the basis that he will not clear the loan of GRUH FAINANCE bank. At the very initial stage he was agree to clear the loan and charge processing fee. After 3 months he is refuing and not pass my loan amount. He wants to clear this matter on OTS basis. But GRUH FAINANCE bANK require ten days time to hand over the documents. I give all security to your BSM aganist the OTS . What will i do . may i apporach another bank and if so, then can your bank return my processing fee. Delay causes me so much time and money.
