One of our customers Mr. Sanjay Tripathi has raised a concern regarding incorrect size of his order of John Players Casual Tshirt on his blog posted on 17 th August.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s ITC Ltd.
He has sent back his product and our business partner has reshipped the product through Blue Dart courier vide Air waybill Number # 43649866606 dated 21st August.
Further, customer has received the ordered product.
