I purchased a convex portable dvd player code no.7080-nr, order no.700439873 on 04-09-08.with 1 year warranty.after somtime it became defective and i sent it to home shop 18, noida on 24-12-08 for repairing or replacing it.after calling on phone so many times they send back an another customers defective piece on 24-02-09.when i called them again on phone they said they will make a return call but they did not made it till now.take action against them and i want my money back of rs 4999.
