One of our customers Mr. Patil, has raised a concern for non receipt of refund cheque for his order of 4 in 1 Root 12 MP Digital Camera on his blog posted on 16th June.
The refund cheque was sent to him on 27th February vide Cheque Number # 491937 in favour of “Jayesh Patil”, name provided in the order form while placing the order. On receipt of his request for change in favoring name, in lines with our terms and condition, we requested him to provide an identity proof. We have received the same. Cheque Number # 514642 in favour of “Manish Sign Technologies” is being despatched to him and shall be delivered to him in 3-4 working days.
This incidence is just a stray aberration to quality of service we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
