One of our customers Mr. Prakash has raised a concern regarding receipt of a defective replaced product and requested for replacement for his order of Vox USB DVD Player with Built-in Speaker & 1GB MP3 Player Combo on his blog posted on 1st September.
On receipt of his complaint, we have taken strongly up the matter with our business partner Alpha Radios to avoid such incidences in future. Under our warranty policy, we have requested him the send back the product. On receipt of the product, we shall send him a replaced product.
This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
