One of our customers Ms. Gupta has raised a concern regarding interest amount being charged on her EMI transaction for her order of Imedia Touch Screen Mobile Phone – Itouch on her blog posted on 18th September.
The interest amount was erroneously charged on her EMI transaction. M/s Citibank has confirmed the reversal of the excess amount to the credit card account of Mrs. Gupta. The same shall reflect in her account within 48 working hours.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
