One of our customers Mr. Sethi has raised a concern regarding receipt of a defective product and requested for refund for his order of Fujezone Touch Screen Dual Sim GSM Mobile Phone on his blog posted on 9th October.
Under our promise of 15 days money back guarantee, we have requested him to send back the product. On receipt of the product, we shall initiate a refund for his order value.
