One of our customers Mr. Ponda has raised a concern regarding non receipt of his order for Glen Cookerhood GL-6014 SS PB BF on his blog posted on 10th October.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Glen Appliances and got the delivery for the order expedited at a time convenient to Mr. Ponda. However, Mr. Ponda has claimed receiving a damaged product and we have made arrangements to get it replaced.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
