One of our customers Mr. Tripathi has raised a concern regarding non receipt of his order of Kenstar Juicer Mixer Grinder & Jaipan 2 Pcs Non-Stick Combo on his blog posted on 13th October.
Due to overwhelming response received for the product our business partner M/s Videocon exhausted the stocks for this model and fresh stocks could not be procured well in time. Hence, we refunded his order value. The refund Cheque shall be received by him in 2-3 working days.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
