One of our customers Captain Nair has raised a concern regarding non receipt of freebie alongwith his order of Akai DVD Player and Videocon 5.1Channel Home Theatre System on his blog posted on 19th October.

Freebie was not shipped to him due to an unfortunate oversight on part of our business partner M/s Videocon. However, the same is being shipped to him today through Blue Dart courier vide Airwaybill Number # 12605363584 and shall be delivered to him 3-4 working days. Captain Nair has been kept informed on the same.

This is a rare incidence which has occurred amidst the quality standards we provide to our valued customers.
