One of our customers Mr. Pai has raised a concern regarding non receipt of refund for his order of Night Fly Radio Control Helicopter with Remote on his blog posted on 27th October.
Under our promise of money back guarantee and Mr. Pai having returned the product to us, we have refunded his order value vide Cheque number # 541530 dated 29th October. The cheque shall be delivered to him in 2-3 working days.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
