One of our customers Mr. Chawla has raised a concern for non receipt of replacement for a defective camera received against his order of Olympus 10 Megapixel Digital Camera Model No: FE25 on his blog posted on 26th October.
We have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s. Vision Distribution Pvt. Ltd. to avoid such instances in future. Also, we have spoken with Mr. Chawla and advised him to send back the camera at Delhi service center. All the required after sales service and support shall be provided to him once the camera is received.
This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
