One of our customers Mr.. Azad Kazi has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of Vox Dual SIM Touchscreen Mobile Phone Model No - A8800 on his blog posted on 24 th January.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Alpha Radios and we are refunding the order value through cheque.
Further, we have spoken to him and has confirmed satisfaction with the product received.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
