One of our customers Ms. Rajini has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of Linked Flower and Leaf Necklace with Enamel work by Deccan Pearls on his blog posted on 11 th March.

She has complained that she is not satisfied with quality the of product.

We have spoken to her and advised to send the product back to our vendor M/s. Deccan pearls through our own courier and we shall refund the order value through cheque.

Such feedbacks provide us an opportunity to improve our services and make a delightful and memorable shopping experience at all times.
