One of our customers Ms Trupti Nigam has raised a concern regarding product quality of her order of Craftpac 6 Pc Microwaveable Serving Set - Beige on her blog posted on 14 th July.
The matter is taken up with the vendor M/s Craftpac.
We have spoken to customer and requested her to send the product through our nominated courier partner and in turn we are arranging replacement of the ordered product.
Such feedbacks provide us an opportunity to improve our services and make a delightful and memorable shopping experience at all times.
