One of our customers Mr. Mitul has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of Fujezone Dual SIM Full Touch Screen Mobile Phone Model No: X2 on his blog posted on 4 th September.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Nakamichi.
He has sent back his product and we have reshipped his product through First Flight courier on 7th September and same would be delivered to him in 3-4 working days
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
