PF form Status not founf in PF office

Dear Sir,

I was submit my PF form No-(HR/GGN/26959/1230) in PF office at Gurgaon on 08 JULY' 2010. Yesterday, When i visit PF office to know about the statu of my PF form. But 15 day after submition the form, There is no record in PF office about my pf form. as per dicussion with pf officer They respons me you haven't submit form& say again submit, But I have a proof of submit my pf form submit along with submit stamp on same photo Copy. Pls soul my problam as soon as posible. Eithe i go to RTI office to mark a complande regarding my PF form.
