Wrong commitments

This is a very serious complaint against the Entire network of HomeShop18.

How the team missguides the customer on phone, How they talks sweetly before money transaction from customers account.

How they are very irresponsible about, wether the customer gets the product or not.

lots of bad experiences i have faced with Homeshope18 within this festive season.

After watching the product details on CNBC AWAZ, i have ordered a Fuzifilm camera of Rs.10, 000/- on 26th of sep.08, with the commitment follows to deliever it within 7 working days.

and paid the amount from my friends credit card on the same day.

after the money paid to your network, till now after one month, there is no phone call from HS18, wether i have received the product or not.

i am continously calling from last 15 days to HS18, and every time the executive says sorry for delay, you will get the product within two days.and also you will receive a call from us at 10 o clock or after 2hrs.

but till now there were no calls from HS18, i have received yet.

Daily i am visiting to the DTDC couriour office for any receivings..

All the festivals of dashehra, karva chauth have been passed and now Diwali is on 28thoct. i am going on leave from saturday and no hope that i can get the product before saturdey.

I need my product till saturday otherwise i need my money back till saturdey so then i can make the purchase from shop.

IF HS18 STAFF IS HAVING ANY DEGNITY IN ITSELF, PLS RESPONCE IMMIDIATLY..
