Dear Sir,

I sapana kumar padhy book a product at homeshop18 on 22 aug and pay 4499/- advance for that product which is full amount of product, on 24 aug. at that time company assured me that he will give my product with in 10-12 days of payment, but till now i already give 10 to 12 times complain at their customer care support and they always told me that "your product will be deliver to you with in 2 days" but till now my product is not handover to me.

so now how i can take my product from such type of company as soon as possible please show me the proper way..
