No service from JMD services

I have given my home theater to JMD services -GHAZIABAD -UP (exclusive samsung service center) dated 06/11/08. My home theater is not running, showing NO DISK.

After several visit I didn't got my home theater back. They said some equipments are not coming from main offices. Now its almost one month I am waiting for my home theater.
