On 24th October, I spent 3 hours selecting tiles for my bathrooms. Post my 3 hours, the concerned folks tell me it is out-of-stock. Now, this is called "WASTING CUSTOMER's TIME".
All they have to do is to remove the items that is OUT-OF-STOCK or Let customers know immediately whether items are OUT-OF-STOCK.
When contacted the concerned manager, as expected, Supported their staff only and did not want to hear what customer had to say. In fact he wanted me to speak to Custmer Care department.
Looks like hometown has lowest priority for Customer Service.
Hope someone reviews this from Hometown to atleast talk to these folks, who in future, will not waste customer's valuable time.
