Awaiting for delivery of new vehicle

Hi,

I stay in Maharashtra state in Thane District, Dombivli (EAST) city.

I have booked a new Honda Activa from a Honda dealer, name - VJ Honda at Dombivli (East).

I have booked it in the month of September.

I am still awaiting for the vehicle delivery from the dealer, the dealer says that Honda's activa production has been blocked and hence the vehicle delivery is on three months waiting list.

I visited him on 15-Nov-09 for enquiring about the status of the vehicle delivery, this was my fourth visit to the dealer's show room.

When enquired he again told me that the vehicle is still on waiting list.

Secondly he also told me that its difficult to get the color which I have booked.

Request you to help me in this regard.
