Damage due to leak of battery acid during guarantee period mishandling by service staff of authorised service agency

I have one Honda Activa purchased in June. Recently when my son went there for servicing of the vehicle the battery acid got leaked due to some mishandling or faulty battery. We noticed this after returning home when the front mud guard and other internal parts were damaged in battery acid.

We talked to the dealer over the phone and he refused to change the damaged parts and didn't accept the negligence on the part of their workers who were servicing the vehicle. The Dealer is Auto world, Near Vishal Mega Mart, Pipli Road, Kurukshetra-136118 (Phone no. 01744-225271). Inspite of having talked to the dealer several times he didn't agree and simply refused to pay for the damage.

Now kindly let me know how can I get my redressal.
