I brought new brand honda from Pune Pashankar Auto. It is still under warranty. We have till date done three services under warranty, but skipped 2nd one. But we have done 3rd service. Currently i am shifted to Mumbai and had major problem in newly purchase Activa. I think it has manufacturing defect. Considering anywhere service scheme, we went OM SAI
Honda (Authorise service provider of Honda in Borivali) last week. We explained them entire issue and shown them Honda booklet consisting service History.
It was shocked to found that, dealer is giving excuse and now asking us to Pay for the fault repair. They given estimate of amount Rs.4, 500/- under warranty period. They are saying Warranty got void since we have skiped 2nd free service. But we have done 3rd service (latest) in time and had no trouble.
I fail to understand why authorise dealer of Honda asking amount
under warranty by giving silly reason. I understand they might charge for services, since i have purchased this from Pune Dealer. This is good example of cheating by authorise Honda dealer. Has Honda have control over them, it is spoiling Honda Brand and Customer trust.
Can somebody help me to get ride off this problem. I ready to file
case against Honda in cusomer court. Please advice
