I have purchaed Honda Activa from Kalyani Honda, New Vakkil Street, Madurai six months before i.e during October. Now my battery does not work. I told them (Kalyani Service) about this problem. They told me to leave the vehicle we will check and tell. After checking they told batery is not in working condition so it has to be replaced. They need the warranty card (in original) of my battery (warranty is upto October 08). I have given my warranty card and also they have taken my battery. Initially they told the new battery will reach within 3 days. But till now i didn't receive the battery. One more thing when i am asking for the warranty card for the new battery, they are telling that warranty card will not be issued. Then how i will replace if the same problems arise in future. Their service and response are lethargic and very poor. Please suggest me for the solution. Where to make complaint.
