HONDA ACTIVA SCOOTER
Horn not working

I own Honda Activa Scooter bearing Registration No. CH04-A-8944.Scooter's horn was giving problem from the very first day of purchase and whenever i went for free service I complained about the same to KRISHNA AUTOMOBILES 177 E INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE 1, Chandigarh. Problem reported on following dates 19/08/08, 06/12/08, 07/06/09 but instead of making permanent solution to the problem they repaired the horn. Now few days back Horn stopped working and i went to Krishna Automobiles 177-E, INDL.AREA PHASE-1.and told about the problem but they refused to repair or replace the Horn saying, " THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER". Hence I request that the same may be replaced at the earliest. Please resolve and give me a solution. Details of Vehicle as under:
