POOR TREATMENT

I AM A PROUD OWNER OF HONDA ACTIVA SINCE 7. SO FAR I HAVE INTRODUCED AT LEAST 10 OF MY RELATIVES/FRIENDS/COLLEAGUES TO ACTIVA FAMILY. LET ME SHARE MY PROBLEM. PRESENTLY, I CURSE MY DECISION TO GIVE THE VEHICLE FOR SERVICE/REPAIR AT KTC HONDA VADAKARA. THIS CENTRE SEEMS TO BE EQUIPPED WITH PEOPLE WHO KNOW VERY LITTLE ABOUT SERVICE, PROMISE AND EFFICIENCY. THEY WERE TO GIVE BACK MY VEHICLE WITHIN TEN DAYS, AS PER THEIR PROMISE. BUT ALMOST A MONTH HAS PASSED, STILL I AM TELEPHONING THEM DAILY TO GET MY VEHICLE BACK. EVERY TIME THE LADY @ THE SERVICE DESK ASSURES ME THAT SHE WUD CALL ME BACK, BUT I AM FORCED TO RING HER AGAIN AND AGAIN TO GET THE SAME REPLY. I THINK KTC HONDA SERVICING PEOPLE AT VADAKARA HAS A TASK AHEAD TO MALIGN THE HONDA'S CUSTOMER CARE IMAGE. TILL DATE I HAVE ALMOST USED A MLY RECHARGE VOUCHER OF BSNL TO CALL THEM.SOME TIMES THEY SAY THAT PAINTER IS NOT PRESENT, OTHER DAY THEY SAYS THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE READY BY TWO DAYS. THEY HAVE LITTLE SHAME TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE OF MY SERVICED VEHICLE. AS OF NOW THE PROMISED DATE OF DELIVERY IS NEXT MONDAY. THE LADY AT SERVICE DESK AND THE SERVICE MANAGER MAY BE PLACED WHERE THEY ARE TO BE PLACED, ATLEAST NOT IN THE CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION OF A WORLD CLASS COMPANY. I WOULD SUGGEST HONDA COMPANY TO IMPART HRD TRAINING TO THESE IRRESPONSIBLE CHARACTERS. OTHER WISE THESE GUYS WILL BE IN THE FORE FRONT OF MALIGNING THE REPUTATION OF HONDA MOTORS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
