I am Mechanical Engineer working at GSECL, UKAI. I have purchased Honda Unicorn on 28.03.09 from Imperial Auto, Valsad (Gujarat). Two nos of free services carried out at Company, s authorise service station. Now after 6 months period on 8.09.09 my bike stopped on road (Appr.1500KM) and I have to take it to nearest service station at Vyara in AMI MOTORS, They have attended the problem at the cost of Rs.1698.The dealer M/s Imperial Auto have informed to reimbursed the cost of repairing before repairing of my Bike. Now they are neither responding nor refunding the repairing cost. Also their attitude with customer is rude.
It is requested to arrange to give necessary instruction for refund of repairing charge of Rs.1698.
