This is Sorabh Malhotra, i have bought the honda city (DL 4C AH 8622) from ring road in march' 09, yesterday morning, i have recived a call from your executive for service reminder, she told me, i am sending a driver to pick up the vehicle from your residenec and vehicle will be given back same day, in evening 8PM, i have a call from some one from your show room and he informed that vehicle will be returned back tomorrow morning (28/10/09), It is 3:30 PM and i am still waiting for my car.
I am highly dissatisfied with your service as i don't know the status of my vehicle till now
Its an emergency, can somebody tell me where is my vehicle?
