Dear Sirs,
I purchased new Honda City in September. Within one week I realized Air conditioning system was faulty. During the free services I complained about the faulty a/c but after every free service the problem remained. Just after one of the free services I phoned the service dept about the continued a/c problem.
Next day a squad of 3 persons came and test driven the vehicle and confirmed there is insufficient cooling,
They advised me to send the car for fixing the problem which I did. Even after the repair works the problem existed (that within the free service). Last week I took the car for service (not free service) and complained about the continued insufficient a/c cooling. This time they carried out the remedial work and there was definite improvement in cooling. They charged me for the consumables for which I objected since the problem insufficient cooling existed since I bought the car which they failed to rectify during the free services which amounts to selling a new car which is faulty and failed to rectify inspite of complaints during every free service. I spoke to the service manager but he refused delete cost of repair on a/c.
