Ending of Rims and foot lights

Dear sir

As I purchased my car from prime Honda vaishali. In that car there was a manufacturing fault of Rims and the prime Honda is saying that it is due to accident the rims have bend but my car is never touched but they should replace in guarantee or claim the vehicle. I purchased a ambience light the light is not giving any ambience and at the time of purchasing it .there was a shika madam she said it will give you a very good ambience but it was not giving and i complained but no response was given by them.By that problem my car can meet an accident so please solve my problem
