IMPROPER REPAIRING JOB DONE

This refers to my repairing of my subject car for which I had the worst experience in service from LANDMARK HONDA, A'BAD dealership which I have enumerated below :

1) Left Rear side near Bumper Unfinished Colour found, which we informed Mr. Ashish Panchal (Service Adviser) telephonicaly immediately at the time of delivery of car at my office.

2) Front Number Plate, They have charged in a bill, but not fitted in the Car.

3) Rear Bumper, fittment is not Proper, there is a gap between metal part & Bumper., They have covered that in their repairing job.

4) Dicky is not getting closed as easy as it was functioning previously. That was taken care in this repairing job.

5) I also found that LOGO of GXI in front ass tray & not fitted on Rear Bumper, which was very well fitted at the time of delivery of car for repairing.

6) Right Rear View Mirror is not properly fitted, That is not working, which is fitted new.

7) Terminal of battery is found loose, which might not have been re-fitted.

8) Cabin - Roof light is not working, which was working properly at the time of delivery for repair job.

9) High beam of Left head lamp is not glowing, due to loose contact with Bulb Adaptor, & which was briefed as well as reminded to Service Advisor, but not attended.

10) Point no. 8 & 9 is repeated complaint, the same was found after previous repairing job.

11) There is No Yellow mark on Right side head lamp, which is mandatory as per RTO rule & was specifically told to your service advisor.

12) Sun film on Front Right side Small Fixed Glass is found damage during Repairing job.

13) Fornt Right Glass (power window) is not operating properly, due to some improper fitting of Gasket., which was working properly at the time of delivery.

14) Front right Side metal part Near Head lamp, found improper painting, that is painted in this repairing job.

15) Left side Side light is hanging out of body, which was proper at the time delivery at workshop.

16) RPM of Engine is not as per requirement it is very high, required to tune-up.

17) Internal Noice of some Loose part can be felt at the of driving on rough road, which was absolutly not there in the car. This is also repeated compaint of previous job, which was rectified at that time after reminder.

18) The Car is delivered in unclean condition, but that is Ok because Service advisor has commited to get it properly clean from external & internal on next day.

19) There were no. audio system & other belongings found in my car, which was not taken back, as delivery is given by me.

20) Airconditioner of the car is not working, even if condenser, refrigerent etc has been replaced.

I cannot understand being a No. 1 Service dealer of India how all the above points were overlooked which reflects negligency in duty of your service staff and cannot be tolerated.

I am sorry to say that, I was very much disappointed to see my car getting over heated in the mid way of resi. at Night 12:15 P.M. even after replacement of New Radiator, New A.C.Condenser, new Fan, Motor, Fresh Coolant, Fresh Refrigerant in A.C. System.etc..
