I dont knw his full name the employee his name is parmar, and the name of the showroom sales manager is Mr. Vijay Pandey.

I have complain regarding the sound in the gear box as some part is supposed to be changed but still i have not got that part changed from the services center still they have not recived the that part.
I also have not got proper customer servies from the showroom employee and the manager.
At the time when i had purchase my bike showroom employee have deliverd me wrong bike latter the bike which was delivered was not in good condition from the very frist day there was the sound in engine which i asked them what sound is this, but the deliverery person said that the bike is new so it makes that sound and it will go slowly as i drive the bike, but the sound dint go.
The bike break handel is also having scratch for that they said at the time of transport it happens.
The plastic wrap were not removed properly no proper finishing was there.
They delivered me some other person bike and as per Honda showroom sales manager my bike was in the showroom which i dont think so, and when asked for the same he said sorry it was a human error honda is very big company and can not efford to make this kind of mistake.
Please let me know on above queries as soon as possible.
