Side attachment in the standard activa for physically challenged grievance

I have purchased an activa from the showroom with side attachements with a total cost of 58, 500/- inspite the fact i bought to the attention of the dealer my issues as on date has not been resolved. I expect and hope that honda may come back to me with proper response on the complained I have already registered separately with them. thank you to honda for looking into the matte
