I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH HONDA SHINE

I got honda shine125cc on 2.09.2010 from your MAANASAROVOUR HONDA delear which located in velachery, chennai.

The problem is my bike make huge engine noise, also i gear box is not working properly.

I have made server compliants to that delear, but they did not give proper response
