We are taken Honda CB Shine bike in Mangalore 6 month back (KA21-K8682) and all free service done but gear problem not solved. Before fifth service i got a problem in chain and immediately went to service center (Honda matrix Mangalore) they take the bike and afternoon they have told, your bike ready... after I went service center they given estimation chain spraket kit (RS :850) and FORK O/H (RS 600). They told that u bring the bike when your free. Next day my bike is suddenly stopped (7 PM) because chain is broken. I called the service centre but nobody responded... I brought bike on tempo. Next day I taken one chain lock (Honda matrix) and i fixed it. Therefore no problem available in my chain (bike), After 2 weak i got a problem on the gear shifting problem I immediately went service centre and they told when your bike is ready we will call u, After they don’t call me till 5.30 pm .. but i called them. They told me some part is gone that parts are not stock in our service centre and they taken one day time. very next day I called they told that your bike is under observation after some time they called me and told your bike is not ready because some other parts were gone, and they told ur bike ready tomorrow.
Already I left 2 days, and also "THEY TOLD THERE IS NO STAND BY BIKE BECAUSE I AM SERVICE PERSON ", Please take the immediate action for "HONDA MATRIX MANGALORE SERVICE ". Very poor service in Mangalore Honda they only do the water service nothing more...
Please take immediate action within 2 days other wise we are going consumer farm.
