POOR SERVICE CENTRE AT VIJAYAWADA (AP)

HI,

I have purchased Honda Unicorn during July. Right from purchase, I observed many technical problems, which are unable to corrected by the Authorised Service Centre M/s. Kanaka Durga Agencies, Vijayawada, AP.

Since there is no alternative Service Centre in and around Vijayawada, M/s. Kanaka Durga Agencies, Vijayawada, is not concentrative on Customer Satisfaction. Here No Customer is happy with the service provided by M/sKanaka Durga Agencies, Vijayawada.

On 05th November, I have given my Bike for regular service, with a minor technical problems. Till today i.e. 07.11. they are unable to deliver my Bike, which is scheduled to be delivered on 06.11.2008 at 5.30 PM.

Please make an alternative Service Provider at Vijayawada.
