I gave my Honda Unicorn for 4th free service on 5th of december. My bike number TN07 AQ 9840. I mentioned few complaints while giving the bike for service like noise on the disc brake, handle bar wobbling etc. I got the bike the next day itself. But within one week of service, the connection from the battery was entirely cut-off. When I checked in the nearest work shop, I noticed that the screws and nuts are not tightened properly. Also in the battery side of the bike, the hole joining the cover of the battery was broken. The sound in the disc brake was also not taken care properly and the disc pad was entirely worn out (Could have prevented if it was taken care during service). So no other go other than changing the disc pad. Also the habdle bar wobbling is also still persists. Really fed up with the kind of service which Kun Honda is providing. Please think of your customer's Time, Money and Safety.
