I am a proud owner of Honda Unicorn from 1st Oct.

My complaint relate to the quality of service tendered by EVM-honda service vytilla cochin and Trivandrum. I was delivered a motorbike with bent handle bar/scraped front brake lever and torn throttle grip. I was harrased by the sales manager when I got this matter noticed by him just 2 minutes after delivery. The service manager (Sudeesh mohan) and another moroon customer support manager (Abilash) have failed to do anything to customer satisfaction. Every problem on the motorbike when worked upon will give rise to even grave problems after that. I have stopped riding the motorbike hence void th warrenty. I paid Rs. - for a front fork oil change and other small work. I am fed up with the worst service offered by them. I have written numerous Emails to HMSI, but no use. People here at EVM-Honda are only interested in making money for Mr. Sabu Johny, MD EVM group. Recently he got dealership for VW cars. Sure he is going to mess up things there too.

The service people are a bunch of unprofessional lot who loose out the big picture when working on small jobs. Recently I witnessed service person harrasing a poor couple who complained about leaking petrol tank on the brand new motorbike. I think from several indian forum like XBHP, Team-BHP, RDdreams honda service is the worst of the lot.
