Not received PAN card from 6 Months from date of applied

Dear sir

I have applied for pan card vide application No 034168079

14february07, when I checked With UTITSL website they allotted pan no AUVPP5991J when I approached for my non receipt of pan card till date they advised me to submit representation the same I made by written complaint on 23.04.2008 even though no response from UTI after several personal visits to UTI office informed by UTI staff that they have send the replay letter Quoting ref no 0193680/128005/NON RECEPT/5030823615/APPL NO.034168079 but I have not received the PAN card till date
