Loss of debit card

Hello,

i am dr. m ashraf contacting u from kolkata regarding a problem concerning my debitcard which bears the number:5044370103010785.

I hold an account number:3041128794 at bhawanipur branch of central bank in kolkata. ON sep 4th 2009 while i was drawing money from Axis bank ATM, the electricity failed and cared was seized. I informed the central bank branch regarding the episode who asked me to furnish the written account which i did. Three intimations were forwarded to bombay from bhawanipur CBI branch. More than two months have passed but i did not get a duplicate debit card. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT U ALL THE TIME, BUT NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE.I WAS GIVEN THE NUMBER OF SOME MR.DESAI BUT I COULD NEVER GET HIM ON PHONE. Somehow today some gentleman mistakenly picked up the phone and told me to approach via Email! This is woefully rediculous. I have seen SBI replacing the cards within 5 to 7 days!!! Anyway i hope that u will respond soon.
