My PF No. being UP/41205/60, was working in one of the Hotels in Lucknow. I had been following up for the release of the same for the past few months, but the Hotel does not provide full details or does not fulfil all formalities in the Form. Now even after repeated requests, the Form has been sent to me without signing & stamping on Form 5 & 10. I have to send the Form back to them for the same. The Hotel has been delaying with some or the other reason. This is for your kind information, if in case.
