Hotel Chaithram, High Court Junction, Ernakulam, Kerala, serving old food, hotel has no cleanliness. Today I had Chicken fry from this hotel and the chicken was so dry with a decayed taste which seems to have prepared 3 or 4 days ago. The owner did not agree with the complaint. Who will look into this matter and who is responsible to control them...?
