Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your kind information that we have been trying to get in touch with your office over phone for payment of dues to us for the stay of your guests.

A mail has been sent alongwith the due statement requesting for an immediate settlement as we have closed down the operations owing to renovation work of our property. The mail copy has been marked to Mr. Yatin, Mr. Mahesh & Ms. Madura for which no response from your side.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and settle the dues at the earliest.
