Not Refunding Advance Payment

Dear Sir,

We planned to Visit Puri along with my parents in the last week of Sep., 09. Accordingly I booked two rooms in Hotel Surya beach Inn at Puri for 26 - 28th Sep., 09. As an advance payment I deposited Rs 6000/- in the ICICI bank account (Account No.-1222000007632) of hotel in favor of "Sungreen Valleys Pvt. Ltd. of Bhuvnashewar". Due to serious illness of my father we cancelled this pro gramme and informed the hotel on 24th morning. They told us that they will refund my money after deducting a small amount but even after more than 45 days they have not refund my amount. whenever I contacted Mr. Patnayak (GM of Hotel) he always used to say that they are going to refund our money soon. Please look into this matter and pressurized them to refund my hard earned money.
