My name is sandeep bansal. I had purchased a nokia 3110c from the hotspot shop at shop no.1, wadhwa complex, sector-10, dwarka, New Delhi. My invoice number is.125109472 dated 21.12.2008.
I was supposed to get a free bluetooth. They said it is out of stock and i will receive it tomorrow.
The nest day i went again i was asked to come the next day. The next day they said that they would call me, when the stock comes, so i need not worry.
After 3 days i called them. They informed that only a few had come and so they could not provide to us. I was informed that it will now take a weeks time.
Please take some action in this matter. There is so mush of advertising of the free bluetooth, but the stock is not there.
IN SUCH A CASE THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT BE HARRASED.
