I purchased fly mobile B-720 for rupees 9700.(cash) from hotspots retails limited, D-131, Kamla Nagar new delhi-110007 on dated 24-07 with the additional warranty unto July but it, within one year, stops to function--hanged etc., so it was taken back by the the said retailer for repairing on dated 28-06 giving me service job sheet no-050 (book no.-1707) showing IMEI NO.-352124020547339 and told me to take it back after 7 days. I visited hotspots on dated04-07 to get mobile but dealer told that it could not be got rapaired yet, hence after 2days contact at care line no.60005566.on dated 07-07 i telephoned to mobicare line no.but again told me that the mobile will be repaired till 15-07.I again telephoned on 15-07 and visited hotspots at kamla nagar and i was told that repaired mobile should be returned unto 22-07.On 19-07 I again telephoned but they refused to give me mobile before 22-07.I asked them reason of delay but satisfactory response was not given to me. Instead of giving satisfactory reply, person attending my phone told me to complain in the consumer court but mobile couldn't be given before 22-07 and also spoke to me that nothing would be happened if you complained. I surprised to listen it from him. I again telephoned on 22-07 and visited hotspots but in vain because they shifted its delivery date to onwards. Even after this date I increased telephonic calls sending to them but they are not, now, caring my telephones at all. On 03-08 I telephoned and at other side telephone attendant Rahul Anand told me with assurance that repaired mobile will be delivered on 05-08 but they failed to deliver it on 05-08 and delivery date further shifted to next 2-3 days.today on dated 08-08 I again telephoned but they again shifted delivery date to onwards.
I, NIDHI PARKASH, govt.employee and orthopaedically handicapped, am feeling harassed by the hotspots retails ltd.kamla nagar because of non-delivery of my mobile phone in time. I have waste money on visits to hotspots and on telephonic calls made to hotspots and also my very.very precious time have been destroyed by hotspots on account of these calls as well as visits. Further, they deprived me of from the use of mobile.
now, I humbly request to consumer affairs authorities to take stern action against hotspots retail limited kamla nagar to provide me proper justice and also direction may be given to hotspots to give me new mobile-phone because they fail to repair the mobile within particular period.
