Non delivery of postal address

Dear,

I am not receiving any post to the below address:

#19/1 12th main road opp. BESCOM Transformer Hanumanthanagar Bangalore - 560050, where as I am staying here from 23 years before I use to receive the posts but now from past 3 years I am receiving any posts.

And regarding that I have given complaints several times but no actions has been taken.

I hope at least this time I will get some kind of response
