I am a retired emplyee residing in Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu. I had a Pre paid internet connection of Tata. Since I was out of station for 2 months, My internet connection was deactvated. Again I have requested Tata to activate and the same was activated. But Instead of continuing the prepaid cvonnection they have put me in post paid connection in Rs 1800/- plan which is of NO USE to me. My usage is only limited for a few minutes to check e mail only. I am not running any browing centre or internet job. Why shoul I have a post paid connection at a high cost. I have asked Tata personnels but No response. Will the Tata customer care officers look into this?
