Submission of Birth Certificate

Dear Sir

On the demand of Birth Certificate by the Passport Office Bhopal on 27/02/09 I submitted the same via speedpost on 20/4/09.Though the Birth Certificate has been submitted yet the Passport inquiry shows unavailability of Birth Certificate as an objection.

I would like you to kindly pay attention to the mishap.
